About Jill Harris
Jill grew up in the Inland Empire and went to California State University San Bernardino, the University of Riverside, and ultimately Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK where she and her husband, Tim, lived for six years. She is the mother of one daughter, McKenna, and twin boys: Campbell and Wylie. Before starting her family, Jill worked on her education and even became a college professor teaching the "dismal" science: economics!
Tim's military career as a pilot moved their young family around a bit in the early years of their marriage. During this time, Jill found out she had a passion for ministry as she partnered with the area churches they belonged to over the years. In particular, she really enjoyed programming effective children's ministry and leading worship for both children and adults.
She loves working with teams of people and encouraging people to live to their potential in Christ. She is most excited about launching "Treasure Island" and helping lead worship for the new faith community of Solid Ground. She views this adventure as the intersection of her passions and her purpose and is excited to see what God will do when people seek after Him with their whole hearts!
