Winter Camps for Grades 7-8
January 27 - January 29, 2012
Our junior-highers (7th-8th grade) will be leaving soon for an exciting and inspiring weekend at Forest Home Christian Conference Center in Forest Falls, CA! Junior highers will focus on how to "be the light" in a world full of darkness and despair. Campers will enjoy snow tubing, ziplining, crafts, games, shakes, incredible live worship, cabin conversations, and so much more! Sign-ups are now complete...but if you missed out on the opportunity to join us this winter, be on the lookout for summer camp sign-ups, which will begin soon. Please join us in praying for our students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus while at camp. (And say an extra prayer for the counselors too!)

"Rock Solid" Youth Groups
Join us Wednesday nights for "Rock Solid" youth groups! "Rock Solid Junior High" meets from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the home of Robbie and Jessie Carlson, 1169 E. Cornell Ave. #49, Redlands, 92374. "Rock Solid High School" meets from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the home of Jim and Pam Beitzel, 1049 Dracena Ct., Redlands, 92374. We love to gather with our teens midweek to touch bases with them and take some time to grow closer to God together. Snacks, games, live worship, and God-centered, challenging discussion led by our incredible sponsor team is what you can expect when you come to "Rock Solid" youth groups. We also do lots of special events, including summer and winter camps at Forest Home, Walleyball, bowling, beach trips, community outreach, live worship at Citrus Plaza.....and so much more! Sunday Morning Bible Studies
Solid Ground now offers junior high (7th-8th) and high school (9th-12th) Bible studies on Sunday mornings during second service at 10:30 AM. Teens join the congregation in Orton Center at U of R for worship, then junior highers meet to the left of the stage and high schoolers meet at the food table to go to their Bible study (the high school group walks together to a nearby campus coffee shop). Currently, the junior highers are digging into God's Word and discovering how and why they can truly trust God in all things. The high school group is currently in an in-depth study of the Book of Proverbs. Join us this Sunday!
